The below pictures are provided by customers who DIY (The owner of the Chevrolet Spark took a record low of only 20 minutes for installing the SpongeBob Car Seat Covers.)
Below are some pictures to offer some ideas for installation. Again, there is no one fixed way.
Do note that there may be some creasing (see above) for the front seat due to the presence of armrest. Some customers chose to cut a slit to accommodate the arm rest.

If you run out of hooks, just use elastic bands like these (see left pic) to string them and tie them together. It works just as well! (Actually, other kind of strings will work too, as long as they are strong and sturdy and won't snap easily)For the back seat, use scissors to puncture holes (just snip off a tiny circle will do) for the head-rest to be re-inserted back.
